At the Inland Empire Diamond Foundation, we empower young men through mentorship and community support. Our Kappa League program provides guidance and resources to help underserved youth succeed. We are dedicated to inspiring confidence and fostering leadership, creating lasting positive change in the Inland Empire and beyond.

The Inland Empire Diamond Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Riverside Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

The Inland Empire Diamond Foundation is the funding source for the Riverside Alumni Chapter’s award-winning Kappa League program. The Kappa League is a nationwide program of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity that was established in Los Angeles in 1969. The purpose of the Kappa League is to provide mentorship, career and college guidance to young males in grades 6-12. The Riverside Alumni Chapter Kappa League Program was established in 2016, and has grown from 8 young men to over 30 currently.

The Inland Empire Diamond Foundation awards scholarships for underserved youth, provides funds for an annual turkey drive for un-housed individuals in the Inland Empire, and supports community organizations like the Fair Housing Council of Riverside. To date, over $30,000 has been awarded in scholarships.
